The frame is one of the largest components we will make on the T1. We are excited to show you the first update from the fabrication shop.

2022 Was a great year for the PRR T1 Trust and is setting up for 2023 to become a pivotal year for the whole project with the start of construction of the frame.

On June 17-18, 2022, Western Maryland Scenic Railroad put the PRR T1 3 Chime Whistle on their articulated locomotive #1309. Enjoy the Mellow tones of this original PRR T1 whistle on one of the largest operating steam locomotives in the world. It is probably the largest steam locomotive used in regular passenger service. It runs every Friday-Sunday May thru October. You can get tickets to ride at www.wmsr.com
